Appears as slow ventricular tachycardia, usually at rates below 60 BPM with all other characteristics of VT (including the presence of atrioventricular dissociation). Accelerated Idioventricular Rhythm (AIVR) exits when the ventricular rate is between 60 and 120 BPM
